Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our logistics facility in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work fast, so requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order will already be in processing and cannot be changed.
If needed, you can return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
