We stand behind our massager. If you're not completely satisfied with your Nyocu™ Massager, we'll refund you within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email us at info.nyoca@gmail.com on the day your order arrives with the subject line "30-Day Guarantee"
Step 2: Use the massager for up to 30 days from your purchase date
Step 3: Not satisfied? Reply to that same email thread with your feedback and refund request
Step 4: We'll send you a return address. Ship the product back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method
Step 5: Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund within 5–7 business days
When Will I Receive My Refund?
After we process your refund, please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Timing depends on your bank or credit card provider.
Important Details
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date
- Products must be returned in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
