We stand behind the Nyocu™ BaseSole. If you're not completely satisfied within 90 days of purchase, we'll refund you—no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email us at info.nyoca@gmail.com on the day your order arrives with the subject line "90-Day Guarantee"
Step 2: Use the Nyocu™ BaseSole for up to 90 days from your purchase date
Step 3: Not satisfied? Reply to that same email thread with your feedback and refund request
Step 4: We'll send you a return address. Ship the product back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method
Step 5: Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund within 5-7 business days
When Will I Receive My Refund?
After we process your refund, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card provider.
