How to Use Nyocu. 10-Minute Drainage Ritual (By Dr. Brandon)

1. Position the Device on Your Neck, Not Your Skull If the prongs are touching the back of your head, Nyocu is sitting too high. Lift your head slightly and slide the device down until the large rollers sit on your neck muscles and the small rollers rest at the base where tension and fluid accumulate. This is where your SCM drainage begins.

2. Find Your Alignment Support the device with your hands and adjust until the prongs are pressing into muscle, not bone. You should feel contact along the thick tissue on each side of your neck. No hair pulling. No pressure on the skull. Just direct contact with your cervical drainage points.

3. Set Your Position Lie back. Knees bent or straight, whichever lets you breathe without effort. Bent knees release the psoas and allow your neck to fully relax into the device. The more your body lets go, the deeper the drainage reaches.

4. Breathe Into It Slow inhale. Full exhale. Each breath releases another layer of tension in the SCM. The prongs work deeper when the muscle isn't guarding. Let your breathing do half the work.

5. Lengthen as You Drain While the rollers work, gently extend your head upward as if creating space between each vertebra. This opens the joint, reduces compression, and allows fluid to move more freely toward your lymph nodes.

6. Keep Contact on the Traps If you feel the rollers drifting toward your skull or catching hair, you've slid too far. Lift your head, reposition the device downward onto your upper shoulders and neck. Gentle adjustment. Never force it.

What to Avoid

Rollers on the skull or occiput. That's bone, not drainage tissue.

Device riding too high. If it's catching hair, reposition lower.

Slouching into the device. This pushes Nyocu toward your head and off the drainage zone.

Forcing pressure. Your lymphatic system responds to precision, not force. Let the 42°C heat and the prongs do what they were engineered to do.
